Ingredients:
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 apples, peeled and cored
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Directions:
- Gather ingredients and place in a blender. Put the blender on pulse for 15-20 seconds or until well blended.
- Serve as fresh as possible

Ingredients:
- 2 – 3 ripe peaches
- 1/2 cup (250 ml) almond milk
- 1/2 cup (250 ml) cold water (or just use 1 cup water or 1 cup almond milk)
- 2 tbsp macadamia nuts
- 2 tbsp cashews
- 1 – 2 dates, pitted
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp (or more) ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Add ingredients into a blender with high power.
- Blend on high for about 60 – 90 seconds until it reaches smooth consistency.
- Serve and enjoy.
3. Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen cubed watermelon
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon of honey or other sweetener to taste
- a few mint and/or basil leaves, if you want to take it to the next level
Directions:
- Blend the watermelon and the water until smooth. Add the honey and mint and blend another 10-20 seconds until mostly smooth and the consistency of a slushy.
- Serve immediately!

- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (or chocolate powder, if you have it)
- 1/2 TB cocoa

- 1/4-1/2 chili pepper (depending on how hot the pepper is and how hot you like the smoothie)
- optional: crushed ice
