Ingredients:

  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 apples, peeled and cored
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Gather ingredients and place in a blender. Put the blender on pulse for 15-20 seconds or until well blended.
  2. Serve as fresh as possible

Ingredients:

  • 2 – 3 ripe peaches
  • 1/2 cup (250 ml) almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (250 ml) cold water (or just use 1 cup water or  1 cup almond milk)
  • 2 tbsp macadamia nuts
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 1 – 2 dates, pitted
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp (or more) ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients into a blender with high power.
  2. Blend on high for about 60 – 90 seconds until it reaches smooth consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or other sweetener to taste
  • a few mint and/or basil leaves, if you want to take it to the next level

Directions:

  1. Blend the watermelon and the water until smooth. Add the honey and mint and blend another 10-20 seconds until mostly smooth and the consistency of a slushy.
  2. Serve immediately!
